Equal Opportunities
Equal opportunities are implemented throughout the nursery. We have members of staff working within the nursery from many different racial backgrounds. We also emphasise equal opportunities through activities, toys and resources within the nursery.
At Seeros Day Care Nursery we understand and feel it is important that children from a very young age learn about race, culture, religion and languages.
Meals.
Freshly cooked meals are prepared on the premises in our fully equipped kitchen by our trained cook. We use fresh meat, fruit and vegetables. A wide variety of menus are available and we cater for anyone with special dietary needs.
The ingradients that we use for the food that is prepared is suitable to vegatarians
Any non-vegetarian meals include meat that is purchased on that day it is to be cooked from our local HALAL butcher. (Taking into consideration the religious beliefs of some of our parents).

Children are provided with spring water to drink throughout the day. Fresh fruit and vegetables are offered to children daily. Juice is served alongside.
We have been awarded the Golden Grin award for implementing healthy
eating within the nursery.
