Seeros Uniform

Seeros Central Daycare Nursery (Church stile, Rochdale).

Seeros Central was opened by the Mayor of Rochdale in 2016. A detached double story building close to the town centre, with one external play area and age appropriate rooms. The nursery is set up to facilitate children aged 2 to 4 years 11 months, preparing children for school. We are currently only open 38 weeks per year (term time only).

We have a specialist team of qualified bilingual staff to cater for the culturally diverse needs of our clientele.

Registration and home visits.

Our highly experienced and qualified staff recognise the importance of working in partnership with parents and of really listening to children and thus on expressing and interest in enrolling your child to either of our setting you will be invited to allow a member of our staff to come to your home at a mutually convenient time in order to give your child and you the opportunity to meet staff and ask any questions as well as complete the registration paperwork. In addition to this you will be given a minimum of three settling in sessions where you can come into the setting and meet staff and spend time in the classroom.

Teaching and Learning. (In the moment planning).

Over both our sites we have adopted and implemented a child – led approach allowing children to explore, develop and accelerate their understanding of the real world. Both sites are equipped with resources that create a stimulating environment to meet their needs, interests and stages of development. Our team of educational practitioners monitor and track the progression of each child in order to further enhance a child’s development. All aspects of our teaching approach are geared towards develop self-esteem and self-control. We place high emphasis on personal and social skills by encouraging a caring and sharing attitude with others.
